The Dr. Hung & Associates Dental Center has also scored as one of only 3 five-star rated dental clinics in the world, our of 130,000+ dental clinics monitored worldwide by the GCR.
The GCR – Global Clinic Rating, the leading provider of healthcare clinic ratings worldwide, aggregated and analyzed more than 100 dental clinics throughout the country during 2016 & 2017 including clinics in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam‘s largest and most cosmopolitan city. Dental clinics were ranked according to their GCR Score & GCR Ranking, against other clinics in the same country & city on the level of apparent expertise, services, facilities and patient feedback available by the clinic. The GCR feedback score for the clinics includes patient rating scores from Google & Facebook and other independent rating providers.
A total of 104 dental clinics with at least 5 public reviews online were included in the study. The average GCR dental clinic quality score was 1.34, demonstrating the gap of apparent lack of clinic standards between the top clinics in Ho Chi Minh & Hanoi and those in more rural areas.
The Dr. Hung & Associates Dental Center ranked No. 1 with a GCR Score of 4.49, followed by Serenity International (4.03).
This GCR Top 10 Dental Clinic Report comes at a time when Vietnam‘s medical tourism is struggling to attract patients, despite growing numbers of tourists in the country.
